Changes to ExGo manual call points
Update re ExGo manual call point module – January 2026
We want to make you aware of a change to the terminal component on the manual call points used in conjunction with our gas extinguishing panel ExGo.
The terminal numbering ‘1,2,3,4,5,6’ is also now printed on the PCB for both terminal components.
We’d like to assure you these changes have no impact on the practical use or functionality of the manual call point.

Streamlining our MxPro 5 and Axis EN ranges
Update re MxPro 5 and Axis EN – December 2025
We’re committed to making our products and services as easy to access and use as possible. To this end, from 1 April 2026, we’ll be making it easier for you to find and order the MxPro 5 and Axis EN products you need.
From 1 April 2026:
All MxPro 5 and Axis EN panels will be supplied with:
- One loop driver card fitted for 1, 2 or 4-loop panels
- Two loop driver cards fitted for 8-loop panels
This approach significantly reduces the number of panel variants while ensuring you retain access to:
- 1, 2, 4 and 8-loop panels
- All four protocols
- All loop driver card options
- All enclosure sizes
Updated Order Codes
From 1 April, the new order codes are as follows:
For example, instead of ordering MX-5404 as you do now, you’ll need to order MX-5401 plus three MXP-568 cards.

New-look standard network card
Update re standard network cards – January 2026
We want to make you aware of a change to the look of our standard network card, which will come into effect before the end of January 2026.
There is no change in functionality to this fully certified new version, and the part numbers remain the same (MXP-503 and MXP-503F) so no action is required on your behalf. The physical change is simply the result of improvements to the way we manufacture this part and it is fitted in exactly the same way as the current version.

Planned phase-out of MxPro 4
Update re MxPro 4 – December 2025
As previously communicated, we ceased manufacture of our MxPro 4 fire panels on 1st January 2023 but have maintained a supply of spare parts since then.
We carefully monitor customer preferences and continue to see a rising demand for MxPro 5 panels due to their versatility across a wide range of sites, and their backward compatibility with the MxPro 4 range.
In light of these purchasing trends, we want to give you advanced notice that from 1st July 2026 MxPro 4 products will no longer be available to purchase.
- The existing range of spare parts will remain available at current prices until 31st March 2026.
- From 1st April 2026 new pricing will apply to the listed MxPro 4 spare parts.
- From 1st July 2026 MxPro 4-specific parts* will no longer be available to order.
*The list of MxPro 4-specific parts no longer available from 1st July 2026 can be downloaded here.
Existing MxPro 4 installations will remain viable thanks to the ease with which they can be integrated with MxPro 5 equipment.

From 2 September 2024 some of our power supply units will no longer be available for purchase, and we are introducing a new range of power supply units.

MxPro 4 Phase-out
Update re MxPro 4 range – January 2023
We regularly review our product portfolio to ensure we continue to provide you with products that deliver optimal performance, quality, and ease of use.
From 1 January 2023 the MxPro 4 range of panels is no longer available for sale:
- Alternative products, offering enhanced functionality, are available to you within the Go and MxPro 5 ranges.
- We intend for all our panels to have cloud connectivity in future – the MxPro 4 does not support this capability.
- A number of MxPro 4 components are becoming increasingly scarce as technologies move on.
However, to ensure full support for all installed MxPro 4 panels, we are committed to the ongoing supply of MxPro 4 spare parts for the foreseeable future. View the available products in the documents section here.

LifeLine radio paging panel
Update re LifeLine panel – November 2022
The LifeLine paging panel is no longer available to purchase. However, a limited quantity of remaining components is available for spares and repairs, and for servicing any installed products still under warranty.
