A residential block of four flats in Clapham, London, is now protected by a standalone Advanced fire alarm system featuring a single-loop Go fire panel installed by Looptech.
The Go panel was specified for its user-friendly design and proven reliability, making it ideal for smaller sites where simplicity and safety are paramount. The system covers communal areas, a heat detector in each flat, and additional heat detectors in external plant rooms, ensuring comprehensive protection across all critical zones.
Installed alongside Apollo XP95 detection devices, sounders and call points, the Go panel delivers robust fire safety in a compact format. The configuration includes one panel and 23 addresses, providing a tailored solution that meets the site’s requirements without unnecessary complexity.
James Gould, Director of Looptech and installer on the project, commented: “This installation went smoothly from start to finish. The Go panel was the perfect choice for this site because it’s quick to configure and simple to operate, which meant we could deliver a reliable system without unnecessary complexity. Advanced systems are easy to use and dependable, and Go combines those qualities in a compact format that’s ideal for residential projects like this.”
