We are delighted to announce that Laura Carter (formerly Shaw) has moved from our Technical Support team to her new role as Associate Product Manager within Advanced’s Product team.
Laura has been an integral part of our Technical Support team for several years, where she became a familiar and trusted name to many of our customers. Her in-depth product knowledge and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining technical excellence.
In her new role, Laura is working closely with colleagues across the business to drive product development and innovation, with a focus on meeting the evolving needs of our customers. Her hands-on experience in Technical Support gives her a unique perspective on customer requirements, making her ideally suited to help shape Advanced’s product portfolio for the future.
Speaking about her new position, Laura said, “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time in Technical Support and am grateful for the opportunities it’s given me to connect with our customers and learn the ins and outs of our products. I’m excited to bring that experience to my new role and look forward to contributing to the continued success of Advanced’s product range.”
